Return Policy – S-Fit

At S-Fit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item sent, defective or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us at info@s-fit.store within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

  3. We will send you the return instructions.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
