What’s covered:

- Faulty weight compartments or closures
What’s not covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents
- Alterations or modifications after purchase
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

- We’ll review your claim within 2–3 business days.
